David T Hi Catherine! Awesome to see someone so positive towards life even with 3 kids to manage single-handedly!! You even managed to be a business owner!! I have been wanting to do my own business! Wish to ask do you follow any books or courses in starting a business?
I actually did it in March, April and May...slowed down in June and only did about 75 miles, then back at it in July...have a feeling I will be hitting it quite often in the months to come! ;)

Apologies for the late reply..there are many great books and courses depending on what your focus is. I have taken a business course/program specific to my niche and I read constantly. The four hour workweek, 7 habits of highly effective people, the secret, the millionaire mind, how to grow your business...to name a few books :)
