You are very welcome. It is accomplishment to be recognized. I was at 33% and had challenged myself to get to 10%BF. At 17% now, don't feel I controlled diet well enough though, its been two years getting here.

The diet is the hardest to control . You are doing good! 17% is excellent! No matter how long it takes you will get there. High protein meals and controlled carbs. Avoid all carbs after 5:00 pm . If you can try it, you'll notice a big difference after only a couple of weeks. Have a wonderful training day Daniel;)
