Michael M thx for follow..weight loss comes from 80% what you eat in my opinion...exercise and all this TS stuff is fun and challenging for exercise..but it all comes down to eating ..that's what I have found..I am on a 30 day no meat ..salmon once a week and a bit of shrimp in my sushi once or twice a week...is all..I got a PR by over 1:30 in a 5K on Saturday and ran a relatively hard 10 mile race with my wife yesterday..feeling groovy..enjoy your venture!
