Cheeta L It's now Wednesday and over the past 3 days I've upped the water intake, I don't have soda but for me it was cancelling out fruit juices as well (reducing sugar). Good challenge to kickstart a new habit :)
Cheeta L 1/7 & 2/7 done. Now turning off the phone and getting back into read a few pages before sleep (instead of Facebook or Candy Crush haha)
Cheeta L Another session of ballet yoga this morning, a fantastic way to start the day. Looking forward to seeing an improvement in my flexibility over the coming weeks :)
