Cindy Lee H Wow...it's been 8 months since I have been on here. Fell off the wagon folks. Blew back up to 192 pounds before Christmas of last year. Now I am back...16 pounds lighter...down to my lightest weight ever...176. Feeling awesome. Had a rough time between family (had to put mom in a home and the guilt I was feeling was very overwhelming), almost quit my job, my boyfriend announced to me on Valentine's Day that he was leaving me. Anyway...mom is now safe in a home, the ex boyfriend is gone, I kept my job and love it more than ever, my whole life has turned around for the better, I have a new love in my life, a new outlook on life, a new apartment, new workouts, new gym, new attitude and am soooo happy. Glad to be back.
I am a very outgoing 49 year old RCW (Resident Care Worker...working with the elderly) who absolutely loves the gym l. I have lost 54 pounds over the last 5 years. :)
