Cora M Completed the one minute plank after training this morning with a friends, last 10 seconds were the hardest
Cora M last morn of challenge, got my 25 squats done at 22 seconds, thank you to everyone encouraging me, still trying to find my feet here :) x
Cora M had problems logging in yesterday, did my 25 squats at 28 seconds,didnt feel the best after saturday, got my 25 squats done today :)
Cora M great day's training, 35 mins cardio, 20 mins light weights, 5 sets of 10 reps on lat pull down, leg press and abb curler, really good progress and going to complete my challenge on Friday..
