Something I have a few hours before I work out is a gatorade/fruit juice/smoothie with tons of chia seeds in it. They expand a lot and I definitely feel very satisfied--they have tons of nutrients plus I don't crave...
Joined NYRR this year but I'm pretty disappointed about how crowded the races are! It's very hard to get a good start when there are so many people... I'm bringing down my fastest pace as quickly as I can so that I can start further up--does anyon...
