Weight loss is 80% calories and 20% exercise. Using an easy, accessible app like www.myfitnesspal.com to log your food will give you a better idea of how many calories you currently consume and can help you monitor and keep track of what you are eating through the day. Replacing 'empty' calories with substitute drinks is an easy win - water instead of coke; skimmed milk instead of full fat. Expending more energy also helps, and in that regard interval training, billats, high intensity cardio in short bursts - running up a hill then walking back down and doing it again, 30 seconds all out on a rowing machine and 30 secs easy will all help. Good luck!
