I am a runner, the longer distances the better. 1st marathon 3:43, 4th place, 6hour track race 60:43 kms, 1st place but injured myself which turned out to be a fractured pelvis. 12hr 84.543km but had to walk a fair amount due to my pelvis which had not yet been diagnosed as a fracture. I also swim and bike ride and go to the gym most days for strength training.
Have returned to running now on restricted kms and have just entered my next big race The North Face 50 in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney. :-)
