man those suckers are NOT EASY when thrown in a plyometric exercise,lol. Srill love it though. If it wasnt a challenge. i wouldn't dig it.

De Sean C I can't quite get this. one. Cuz I don't know where 1 exercise instruction starts and where it ends. Is there someone that does?
