Susan S Hi James, like your comment about 5 min plank, I practice Yoga and I am struggling with 2 min plank!!!

Hang in there, it'll become second nature. The thing will yoga is the breathing. So, concentrate less on the pose and more so on remaining calm in intense situations. yoga has taught me to apply that to life as well (although i do still slip up) ;)
