Danielle S Phew!! I know I've done a few exercises this morning so am not starting fresh but currently can only do each of these for one set - not able to do it x3 without stopping yet! Bring on the challenge!
Danielle S Was a great one to do to aid with the 500 I'm a month challenge. Could only do 10 on day 1 but now on day 7 just did 30 without stopping - these challenges are a great way to improve our strength and fitness!
Danielle S Finished! Amazing how much easier the 25 were by the end - didn't have to pause at all today where as on day 1 had to pause twice!
