I've been doing 10ks, 21ks, 42ks, ultramarathons for more than 20 years and have gotten into triathlon following a knee injury. I learned to swim and bike which makes cross training so much fun. Triathlon is demanding but exciting especially in places like Cebu and Subic. I love the great outdoors, mountain trails and scuba diving.

Elizabeth S just did a sprint duathlon on August 19, 2012. enjoyed the cool weather and the flat cycling route
