how long have you been training With your transition?, I've been in transition for almost eight months and on Saturday the 15th I participated in the first Scottish barefoot run in Edinburgh and I got a personal best distance of 5 miles, I'm impressed with your movement take care keep on keeping on.;-)

I managed an 11.5 mile trail run today, wearing my merrell barefoot trail. Felt good but I don't think I fancy these kinds of distances on roads ( at least, not yet ) as too painful on the calves. ( I'm nearly 48 so if I can adapt, so can you... )
