I think it was agreed that body weight can be counted in for pulling exercises like pull ups and chin ups. Not sure about other body weight exercises though.

Started with a warmup of Inch Worm, Walking Lunges, Bear Crawl and KB swings. Then worked on push presses, deadlifts and on to the workout: 5 rounds for time of 400m run, 20 KB swings and 10 box jumps. My back started giving trouble after the first round, so did air squats instead of KB swings.

Tonight we worked on our power snatch, then OH squats and the WOD was an AMRAP of 30, 20, 10 pull-ups and one arm KB lunges. I got the round of 30 each done then got the 20 pull-ups and 6 lunges before the 10mins was up.

Part of the warmup was a 400m run, then on to walk outs, etc. after that we worked on back squats working up to 5x3. Then the WOD was 8min AMRAP of 20 air squats and 10 sit-ups. I managed exactly 6 rounds.

Eoin O Burpees Suck in a Good Way Tribe

I would agree and disagree. I know local people who do 20-23hrs swimming, cycling or running a week and either don't lose weight or gain weight. Personally I think it's down to food. Eating less poor quality carbs (and real food instead) will help...

We did our warm ups, with included KBs, then worked on our push press. Then we did some deadlifts. I used 55kg for this, but we all dropped a bit for the WOD. The WOD was "Diane", 21, 15, 9 of deadlifts and push-ups. I was doing them on boxes so had to go lower.
