Physio said I could start back running, so this includes the warmup, drills for rehab, 6 x 400m and cool down. First run since injury in April. It was dark, raining and on my own. Loved it!

Contributorgold Eoin O Some background first; our Kenpo system (ikku.ie) grades white, yellow, orange, purple, blue, green, brown, black...
As I'm going for green belt in 6 weeks, last night our instructor said, "Going from green belt to brown is like going from primary school to secondary school. Going from brown belt to black is like going from secondary school to college." Sounds ominous! Anyone gone through these levels and have tips to share?
