Skipping for warmup. Clean and jerk went well then three rounds for time of 400m run, 10 barbell thrusters and 10 burpees to bar. Managed 13:26

Did some skipping and planks as a warmup then worked on OH squat technique with bar only. The WOD was four rounds for reps, 60sec each of goblet squats, sit-ups, ring rows and then wall balls used a 9kg med ball.

Tonight was a bit easier with the weights but more gymnastics. The toes to bar and push-ups were 5 and 3 EMOM for 10mins and straight after was 3mins as many DU as you can. Seeing as I had *never* managed one before I gave it a go and am delighted I got 12!

Tonight we worked on high hang cleans and jerks. The WOD was a "chipper" for time: 50 double unders (I did singles, so had to do 200), 40 KB swings, 30 wall balls, 20 box jumps and 10 burpees. I clocked 6:57.

After the warmup we did L sits, then worked on HH squat technique. The WOD was AMRAP in 15mins of 10 sit-ups, 20 KB snatches and 20 double unders. I have never done a DU so did 40 singles.

Worked on snatch with empty barbell. The "warmup" included 4x20sec L sits. The WOD was four rounds of box jumps, push-ups, KB snatches and med ball sit-up (9kg). 60sec each. I got 265 reps total.

First day back at Crossfit after back injury. We did push-ups as part of the warmup, then did some back squats and some OH squats. I kept the weights down to avoid too much pressure on my back. The WOD was 10mins AMRAP of 10 push-ups, 10 goblet squats and 10 sit-ups. I managed 7 rounds and 5 more push-ups.
