Warmup included jumping jacks. Then we worked on chest to bar pull-ups. After that it was 5 x 4 of back squats with a 3 sec pause at full depth. Then four rounds of single unders and KB swings.

I am doing the 31 day Pull Up challenge and that contains a lot of push ups. At first I could see a nice progression but now I can do less push ups in one go than when I started. I guess its a case of working the same muscles every day. Sometimes a rest is good

Cycled to and from Crossfit. Worked on skipping, cleans and push presses. WOD was four rounds of 1min barbell lunges, 1min of push-ups, 1min of sit-ups and 1min rest.

After the warmup we did 8 x 20sec L sits with 10sec rest. Then we did clean and jerks. The WOD was four rounds, each round was 3mins to complete a 400m run and as many "box jump burpees" as you can with a minute rest after. There is a special place in hell reserved for the inventor of box jump burpees....

Tonight I did 150 SU skips for warmup and air squats and push-ups. Then worked on OH squats for technique. WOD was AMRAP, 15mins of 100 single unders, 20 wall balls with 9kg med ball and 10 push-ups. I managed 3 rounds and 105 reps.
