I climb 3 days a week, am training for a bike tour of switzerland, and for a half marathon in september. I also enjoy basketball, and boxing but don't do them on a regular bases at this time.

Erin P I just got a juicer and plan to do a ten day juice fast to help improve my health, give my GI tract a break, and kick start eating healthier (i.e. encorperating more micronutrients -fruits,veggies, nuts, seeds, and legumes) and less bad stuff..salt sugar and fat.

K I started Jason Vales 7 day 7lbs juicing detox..and I have lost four poulds and it is day 3! I dont feel too hungry, and i am making sure to add in protein (with spirulina) and fats (avacado). I so far reccommend it.
Well it is day 5, I feel better, my skin is better and I have lost 4.8 lbs so far.
