I love running and spinning. I started picking up running when I was 10 years old, since then never looked back. :))
Bodyweight exercises are part of my strength training regimen since I joined Tribesports in September 2012.I started lifting weights, dumbbells and using machines in the beginning of March 2014 after I signed up with a personal trainer, Cindy. I'm still interested in learning to refine my form and advanced my skills of bodyweight exercises. As I progressed in my training, I came to love working out. I even discovered the joy of training each body part.

Okay besides having a bit of a sore throat :( I have loads of things to do around here before 2015 starts. So I doing things here and there. I don't think I'll be going to the gym anytime soon. Also we are going to be switching gyms in 2015 :DDD I do hope it's a wonderful experience and that we don't regret it :( but I have a good feeling. They have fitness classes and a 3 lap pool...it's only a lap pool tho you can't just to swim....also wonderful bathrooms with suna's and a jacuzzi by the pool area.....and it has many many other cardio equipment than my gym I got to now.
