I love running and spinning. I started picking up running when I was 10 years old, since then never looked back. :))
Bodyweight exercises are part of my strength training regimen since I joined Tribesports in September 2012.I started lifting weights, dumbbells and using machines in the beginning of March 2014 after I signed up with a personal trainer, Cindy. I'm still interested in learning to refine my form and advanced my skills of bodyweight exercises. As I progressed in my training, I came to love working out. I even discovered the joy of training each body part.

That is so wonderful to hear!!! And mine has not be so wonderful. I still am having my sinus/allergy problem although I think it is worst but my family and friends keep telling me it isn't....I am trying to stay positive and I am looking into getting into a doctor real soon. I also have been having extreme anxiety and I believe it is because of this head problem :( But it is only the first month I am hoping it will all turn around soon!!!!
