Gerri A Hi there! I love working out, gets me going first thing in the morning!! I run, walk, hike, bike, crossfit, HIIT, weightlift, jump rope, whatever it is I love the challenge. I am a nurse for 15+ years. I love to educate and encourage. I abhor gyms, so although I have used personal trainers, not really for me. My biggest challenge, is food, I love it!! Clean food, but lots of it, it's a challenge:) Good luck to every one in their challenges!!
