I must be crazy, because I am cutting out sugar, and most carbs, considering I just had pizza. I can do this for today.

You can do it! I'm currently working on 30 days without chocolate, cookies, or rice, 2 weeks with no chips or alcohol... And I've already completed no pizza for 30, coffee for 30, soft drinks for 30, etc. :) I feel much better! Once you get past the first week you stop thinking about it, until day 26 then the cravings start! haha. You can do anything that you put your mind to John, and I have faith in you! :):)
