Contributorgold Gill C I'm completely hacked off given I have been out of action due to a back & hip flexor injury, I am slowly beginning to do more and my back still throbs and it is making me feel really old! I have lost a lot of fitness and gained weight over the winter months due to inactivity. I am desperate to get back to hockey before the season is out too. I am so wary because of my back and It's all just a load of poo!
