I'm an Army Vet w/ 19yrs & recently completed a mobilization to support the transition of our Wounded Warriors back to their units or civilian life. Going on 5yrs here in Kansas via Oxnard, Ca from my military duties.
Beachbody Coach; lost 30lbs in 2011 dabbled into Insanity in July 2011 and finally completed it fully Dec 2012.
Change is good by pushing yourself to look outside the "box"! So, with the many changes and experiences I've gone through, i'm excited and confident about that THING that will help propel me to the next level of great health & wellness. If reaching the potential of fitness that I see in other people is something i can achieve and looking for, why not? 2011 I ran my first half marathon with no training just my crazy everyday gym/outside running. The experience was awesome and would love to do something like that again ;)
I love motivating and encouraging others to do the same and have fun and love what they do!
