I am NOT made for running. Thought this would be a good idea whilst the muscles are a little soar, and have a ride planned tomorrow evening... small steps at a time I guess!

im with you on this, im deffo not made for running, but slowly coming round to it, mainly because i like the feeling when i get home after a run! Let us know how you get on with the wheel truing! you can always pop a question in the Bike Maintenance Tribe if you get really stuck!
