OK Update .. Did my second half at the end of march 2 hr 11 . was injured with plantar fasciatus so pleased i even made it round .. still struggling on with injury at the moment , got a half booked for the 12 th May but thats unlikely .. will concentrate on BUPA 10k at the end of May . half marathon July .., Trying to work through this injury is tough but starting to cycle instead ,, But I DO love RUNNING >> !
