Contributorsilver John H 3 lots of spin classes this week. I am sure it is meant to get easier but man, I died today! May step on some scales soon. Started at 12 stone 6 back in March. Hoping I am somewhat lighter now. Will update when I 'find' some scales. ........

Contributorsilver John H I have been a good boy! I joined a gym about 4 weeks ago and have managed 2 - 3 sessions a week of pre work SPIN classes. Up and out for classes about 7am. Almost proud of myself. This morning the nice instructor lady has been dubbed the smiling assassin; as she happily tore us apart!

Contributorsilver John H 50 sit ups last night. Nowt else, but have been doing these for about 3 weeks now on most days.Long way to go to achieve decent stomach, but happy to keep at it.
