Training to join the Army so spending a lot of time running and in the gym! Variety is the key! Learning to love running although it's not my favourite! Recently got my level 1 certificate in wind surfing too!

Sibusiso F Keep us posted on your Army STRONG Journey, also try incorporate a lot of cross fit: swimming and body weight exerisies like, squats, push ups and pull ups. You want to be explosive (able to pick up and go from any range of motion), stable (Core stability back and abs) and Dynamic (Able to dynamically move from one range of motion to another). And Run Run Run and 'oh joy' get good trainers and practice ruck marching by filling your camping bag with sand bags about 25 lbs (I think 25 lbs is for women).
Do this and you'll be one of the few women with the Physical Fitness Badge. Trust me a women with a Physical Fitness badge gets no lip from her male counter parts.
