I enjoy pretty much any outdoor sports, but mostly love going cycling with my husband. Been training in Muay Thai on and off since 2009 - looking forward to stepping into the ring soon, but first need to get fitness and strength back :)
Update: MT training on hold for another year. So time to set new goals.
- Compete in the Veleta bike race 2014
- Regain the ability to: 100 squats, 300 push-ups (wide, narrow, diamond), 300 crunches, 5 minute plank, 200 roundhouse kicks (100 each leg), all sequentially without breaks.
- Be at my fittest this time next year
Being pregnant during a Spanish Summer is making exercise very difficult. Seem to have returned to nordic roots and prefer 18 degrees! Loving the challenges I can do at home next to the aircon :)
