so.... major changes to sporting goals. Long story short, now have a long road ahead of me of rehabilitation.
Goal #1 Regain leg/foot movement (done)
Goal#2 Be able to walk without brace (done)
Goal#3 Be able to drive car again
Goal#4 Be able to exercise again
Goal#5 No recurrence
Just a little about me - I´m a New Zealander living in Spain. Love almost any sport especially Muay Thai (although have recently been told to give it up) and going out cycling or hiking with my husband. Have a recent addition to the family who will hopefully develop our love for sport and the outdoors too :) Although I wouldn´t be surprised if she goes for kickboxing (I can testify for her lethal kick already) or racing cars as a drive in the car wakes her up and makes her smile instead of sending her off to sleep :)

Live in small apartment, have small baby so try not to make a lot of noise. Recently bought a stationary bike stand so I can start exercising again, but it makes quite a bit of noise.
Are the smooth purpose designed tyres worth buying?
