Thanks Vaunette, this includes 1 x 87 miler, 1 x 67 miler, 2 x over 55 milers and 1 x 50 miler ultras within 9 days otherwise it wouldn't be that high mileage. Back to routine with gradually moving miles after some decent break.

Contributorgold Irfan Q Sorry guys, had I been invited for this challenge 6 weeks ago, boys would have finished it in December last years as I ran 8 ultras in 16 days. This is my first contribution to this challenge now.

Contributorgold Irfan Q Best of luck Sarah, once you are out on your way you'll get there anyway. I restarted again in 2005 after 2 years of long time physiotherapy to my leg and to cut short I just finished a best run of my life in December 2014 and January 2015 with mountain running at an average 1800 feet elevation within 16 days for over 500 miles/ 800 kilometers. This included 8 ultra marathons with maximum distance of 87 miles. I bet if you want to, then for sure you are going to do it. Best of luck !

Contributorgold Irfan Q I don't usually log any of my exercise i.e. warm up/down repetitions which would get some repetitions but only running. I'll try my best to log whatever I could recall at the end of the day or sometimes I do miss many days to log then it's hard to remember, especially so many repetitions during warm up/down and other workouts.

I'll definitely log my miles. I only did 8 x ultra marathons in 18 days in December/January, so not getting into top gear until next 3 further weeks. Have started my easy runs already and will contribute in total off course.
