Jacques D Did 20mins intense abs. Started with 10min cycling. Ending in elliptical training for 10mins

Jacques D Did 7mins of rowing- low intensity as warmup.
Then did 4sets of 12 reps:
Incline bench press
Bent over rows
Elliptical trainer 5 mins
Stretching for 5mins

4 Super sets of squats,deadlifts,bench press,bent over rows and chin ups.
Then 5mins of Low Intensity elliptical training.
Jacques D Did 18mins on the elliptical trainer,high intensity.
Then did 15mins of work on the punching bag.
And stretching exercise
