I am a husband and father of 4 kids. I have completed 9 marathons (Chicago x5, IL,NYC, Fox Valley & Naperville Marathon) and various other races. My workouts are mostly a mix of yoga, P90X, P90X3 and running. I plan to run the Boston Marathon in 2015.
