Michael M thanks for follow..hey it's all about moving and eating right and feeling great..I didn't think I was ..but over time I started losing more and more weight and learning how to exercise right and rest and recover..you can do it! Zumba is great..walking is how I got started..took me about a year of walking and changing our eating through three books..the Bible..Bod4God and Body by God..Thank you Lord !
I am not what one would call an athlete. But, I seek to obtain the discipline, fitness, and physique of one. :-)
