Sarah T June was far too lazy a month for me. I only put in 38 miles (61 km), when my goal was 50. The scale isn't moving, either.
The good things were - my size is changing (had to get rid of a couple more things from the closet), I got back on the bike for the first time in 10 years, and I climbed a mountain for the first time in a very long time. Those things make me very happy!

Hurray for getting back on the bike and climbing a mountain. Sounds like a month full of accomplishment to me.
