I love trying new sports and am slowly but surely getting more and more active. This year I ran my first half marathon and cycled London2Paris, unsupported with Team TS; need to get planning the next Challenge now!! love Bikram yoga, cycle to work most days and am always looking to improve my running and general endurance.

Jenna A Week 2 complete! Getting into the swing of things now. Love the cardio abs workout! Clean meals continue and trying to cut down on sweet treats - my weakness!! (As you can see from today's breakfast!)

Jenna A Day 12 - was feeling the fatigue today, think i perhaps only kept up with about 70% of the work out. Felt much better at the end than i did during or before! smoothie time!

Jenna A Ten days in now - 1/6 of the way through!! Feeling a little stronger already, but have an absolutely RAGING hunger, all of the time!! Is anyone else finding this?!
Jenna A Week 1 complete - let week 2 commence! starting to get into the rhythm of things now. My calfs were in excruciating pain for the first half of the week, but after adding some extra stretched to the warm up and warm down, they're settling down nicely! How is everyone else getting on?
