This year I ran my first half marathon and cycled London2Paris, unsupported with Team TS; need to get planning the next Challenge now!! love Bikram yoga, cycle to work most days and am always looking to improve my running and general endurance.

3 days of work commuting - great being back on the bike, i dont know why i let myself slack off and get the tube - cycling is a far better way to start and end the day!

You lucky. I need to get rid of my fear regarding bicycle. Since I had an accident, I couldn't get back to it. Keep going! And feel lucky!

Contributorgold Jenna A Week 1 complete - let week 2 commence! starting to get into the rhythm of things now. My calfs were in excruciating pain for the first half of the week, but after adding some extra stretched to the warm up and warm down, they're settling down nicely! How is everyone else getting on?

It's a hard one this one! Try and keep a bottle with you all the time, this helps you visualise how much you have drunk so far and how much more you need to consume! Good Luck!
