Just Starting on my fittness. Never liked exercise before, but started running and finding I like to see myself pass mile stones ect, also doing a Boot Camp twice a week. I'm number 903 on the pic x

Jennifer T answered the question So, how is everyone achieving their weight loss goals?
I do Slimming World, lost 3st 7lbs so far onto my last stone now. So exercising more now, and agree with Anushri TS helps a lot x
Jennifer T I am still on track for this, though I have pulled a muscle in my stomace so I'm doing lots of walking the dog rather than boot camps ect.
