Well, it sucked. Was supposed to be a 10 mile run. Had to settle for a walk. New shoes are good but legs are tired and IT band is inflamed from yesterday. Going home to yoga it out. Might try squats tonight.
Getting there. Adding other work outs aside from running has helped. We'll have to wait and see how the 1/2 marathon on the 19th goes. Following that up with a Tough Mudder on the 25th. Might spend some extra time in the ice water pit ;-)
