John W ok, so I didnt get to the gym yesterday like I wanted to. But I got there this morning; did some weights and a mile on the treadmill. Doing so extra ab work so I can do the Plank Challenge.

John W THIS WILL be my challenge for the next week; first to get to the gym every day -- and second to work on the plank on the wobble board. Will keep you posted on how I'm doing on both.
