As a PT I enjoy sports & fitness generally- my love is boxing training (fitness as opposed to fighting), run a couple of times a week (fair weather, am anti-frozen toes!), enjoy new challenges-hence joining!

Gem R Does anyone know anything about the Nuts Challenge in Surrey? I wanted to do tough guy nettle but heard my height will restrict me on some obstacles (i'm 5ft)...don't know anyone who's done Nuts to ask how it is??!!
Gem R So, volunteering at an elephant sanctuary AWESOME daily workout as it turns out - 6.30 am, 1.30 pm & 4.30 pm core stability, arms, back - machete'ing banana trees, cleaning elephant enclosure, feeding elephant. 9.00-12.30 core stability, shoulders, legs, cardio - felling trees, loading them to a truck, riding the top of the truck back, stopping for a swim in the river with the strongest current ever. You wanna change your workout? I strongly recommend it :-)
