I'm huge on fitness and nutrition, as a former over weight person, being healthy n fit is very imporant to me! I eat very clean, and workout to the bone! Sweat pouring down, muscles hurting; LOVE that feeling!!

Mike S I love that feeling too! People often chastise me because I run, workout etc, then go sit in the sauna for 40 minutes. Just can't get enough. By the end of my day, I can get pretty tired! Lol, keep the fire burning Joelle!
