Jonathan B It definitely has to be Kirani James in the Men's 400m final for me! He's only 19 years old, and secured the first ever Gold medal for Grenada, with a PB of 43.94 seconds. Brilliant race! Michael Johnson's world record of 43.18 secs still stands, but things are looking good for James if he's this good at only 19!
