Contributorbronze Joost B Hey Steph - the 4 weeks without soda are easy as I also like drinking water, (fresh) fruit juice (and wine to be honest). Even kids visiting us are complaining that we only have flat sodas in the house, if any ;-)

I quit caffeine completely. We still have soda and coffee but its all decaf except for my husband's drinks. He's a Mountain Dew guy but he's working on giving it up. =)

Contributorbronze Joost B That's a good programme for yourself! What kind of books are you intending to read? The only thing I'd change is 'save money' into 'increase income' ;-) From a negative incentive to a more challenging, but positive one.

Joost B 4 weeks without soda drinks Challenge

I love green tea, however for the challenge, it probably shoud be home/self made as packed green tea often (needs) to include added ingredients (for the time of storage, logistics, general taste, name it).
