Judette C 30 minutes cardio, 20 mins strength training, 10 minutes abs. So glad I kept my 2012 resolution to get fit.
In order to get in better shape I recently hired a trainer to show up at work 4 times each week, that way I have no excuse. I've added yoga and running. Major change to make, clean eating

Turns out that the best thing I could have done for my body was give up wheat and whole grains. Has anyone doe the same? What changes did you see?

Judette C I turn to You Tube on Sundays so I don't have to hit the gym, I tend to look for routines that have a dance component. I found Pop Pilates with Casey about a month ago and it continues to be my go to Sunday have. This workout was 30 minutes long but the sweat felt like an hour of work.

I make my protein shakes with almond milk and have it after my dailty workouts as a meal subsitute usually at 9:00 pm. Can this contribue to weight retention/gain?
