Judette C 30 minutes cardio, 20 mins strength training, 10 minutes abs. So glad I kept my 2012 resolution to get fit.
In order to get in better shape I recently hired a trainer to show up at work 4 times each week, that way I have no excuse. I've added yoga and running. Major change to make, clean eating

Judette C I turn to You Tube on Sundays so I don't have to hit the gym, I tend to look for routines that have a dance component. I found Pop Pilates with Casey about a month ago and it continues to be my go to Sunday have. This workout was 30 minutes long but the sweat felt like an hour of work.
