I started a boxing fitness class this past January and I love it! It's the first exercise I've found that I actually like and I've stuck with it for almost 6 months. I love the changes I've seen in me since.

Paul W Thanks for the follow. I understand boxing is excellent exercise! Stick with it, I am sure you already feel great! I am trying running and it makes me feel pretty good. :)
