I started running because I lost a lot of weight and now I run for the enjoyment and to keep it off! I've run 2 halfs, training for my third and have my first full in September. I like a good challenge!

Karen T UGH!! My podiatrist just told me I shouldn't run for two weeks! ok, he told me I can't run for two weeks. REALLY??? I have a race in two weeks! I think it's nothing a good massage and a scale back won't fix. Oh, that and some good orthodics.
