i have changed my life completely around , from the party gower ,to the fitness freak , aim addicted to it , i gave up smoking, drinking , and started exercising and eating healthy in august 2010 , i have had an ongoing back problem ( bulging disk ) since 2008 , because of this is why i decided to get fit and strong , its still has its bad days but i get through it .
i am married too a very strong person and courageous man, who is in a wheelchair ,due to a motorbike accident 22 yrs ago , we have been together for 21 yrs, no kiddies just 2 GSD dogs and 2 cats .
i am a personal fitness trainer,and studying physio and nutrition and love it , the feeling of helping others is great . :)
