I am getting into longer distance running. I am learning to run efficiently - completed many 'adventure races' and first ultra run (70 miles). Completed the Scotland Coast to Coast twice. Now found 100 mile race for 2013 - The North Downs Way 100. Let the training (and the miles) begin.

Kevan J Sadly I had to call it a day at 50 miles. My own fault as I had not been able to do the training in over the past few months - work commitments took over. I was at 13 hours and outside my target time of 24 hours which I am committed to achieving in 2014. Onwards
