LOL.. from my end... it's more a symbol of what my exercise and strength training is doing to my weight. :D Adding strength training to my cardio has done the trick (the missing link). I'm finally having better (and faster) success... like shooting the large number on the scale that was moving to the left soooooooooooo dreadfully slow last year.
