I really enjoy running as a pleasure rather than for its competitive aspect. It gives me the chance to release stress...feel healthy and happy. As a mom of three I get "ME" time and a breath of fresh air! I also enjoy cardio...interval training...kettlebells...INSANITY (Gotta LOVE Shaun T) and anything that requires a little bit of strength and sweat. STRONG is the new SKINNY.
