I like running 10k and want to extend to half marathons. I completed my first half in May but am finding it a little hard to start training again! Having said that Nothing beats the rush after a run!

Jennifer P Hey Lisa, thanks for the follow, following you back. All this running does get a little addictive doesn't it! Stick with it, find a challenge that gets you out of the door and back into training, once you've started you'll remember why you did it before. Good luck with your challenges!
