I like running 10k and want to extend to half marathons. I completed my first half in May but am finding it a little hard to start training again! Having said that Nothing beats the rush after a run!

Hi Lisa, I wonder which posts you are referring to? Why don't you come and join us here Virtual Training Partners. I know we have very similar fitness goals, I have just run my second HM, and want to try a few more next year to get my times down. The ultimate is a full marathon in July, that is what I am really gunning for :)
