I am a runner.I started running in '77 and am still running today. I do a lot of strength training classes (Bootcamp, S.W.A.T., etc.). I am plan on doing a Warrior Dash and first marathon this year. Hoping to try new things!

I love horse riding, and have found a love for cycling. I am just getting back in to running, and love to be outdoors.
Love outdoors !!! especially Runing and walking (at the beach, trails or road) I dance hip hop, and do a lot of cardio, almost every day. Staying in shape have become a life style !!!
Gone from the sofa, to the basketball court, to sprint triathlon, and now training for 1st marathon. 2 stone lighter, happier, and much more energy. And the more I train the more food I can eat...
Decided to try to get fit last year - took up running and really enjoy it. Run weekends (whatever the weather) with my dog. Now enjoy Zumba and am returning to horse riding. Have lost 20lbs.

Well I am a mountaineer have done a lot of trekkings...and many of the mountaineering activities....I like to run on the coast...I go to the gym...and I like to be outdoors as much as I can.
