Louise W 2013 Dancin' Queen in motion... June 30th, 2012 I weighed in at 208lbs and on Dec 30th I was down to 186lbs so geared up to lose another 20 to 30lbs by June 30th, 2013 -- in the zone back to no "BS" i.e. baked sugar, breaded shrimp/steak, bottomless sodas, and/or Bacardi Smirnoff!!!
Louise W With me being from the Philippines I am always asked to bring "Fried Lumpia" for family occasions, well this Thanksgiving we showed up with the Freshest Fruit and Jumbo Lemon Peppered Shrimp -- Total hit with everybody!
Louise W Seriously cannot remember the last time I did not buy a size XL and thought I might be undergoing some sort of fluke but between two states and three different stores I am comfortably down to a Large and even entertained a a size Medium -- One dress size down and fitting jeans I was on the verge of giving away is pretty amazing so I gave up some size 14's instead and plan to keep losing weight as needed to eliminate the heartburn and any risks tied to obesity related cancers!

- 18lbs down 11/11/12 -- Higher Fiber Diet and increased physical activity paying off in shed weight:)
- 16lbs down 10/06/12 -- Exchanged Soda/Vending for H2O/snacks from i.e. Apples, Almonds, etc.
- 14lbs down 09/07/12 -- Completed 2nd week of Core Conditioning!!!
- 12lbs down 08/12/12 -- Calorie counting + day and night physical activity...
Louise W Just committed to 36 hours at College Fitness Center and 12 more weeks of Core Strength class... No time to talk when we're taking action!
Louise W Totally want to achieve this challenge as I have noticed positive results by excluding Soda every other so might as well commit to a month of no Soda;D
