Already in a core strengthenting Pilates class and have cut out the processed foods so looking forward completing this challenge by Christimas at 188lbs today let's see where I am sitting a month from now;D

June 30th, 2012 I weighed in at 208lbs and on Dec 30th I was down to 186lbs so geared up to lose another 20 to 30lbs by June 30th, 2013 -- in the zone back to no "BS" i.e. baked sugar, breaded shrimp/steak, bottomless sodas, and/or Bacardi Smirnoff!!!

Contributorbronze Louise W Seriously cannot remember the last time I did not buy a size XL and thought I might be undergoing some sort of fluke but between two states and three different stores I am comfortably down to a Large and even entertained a a size Medium -- One dress size down and fitting jeans I was on the verge of giving away is pretty amazing so I gave up some size 14's instead and plan to keep losing weight as needed to eliminate the heartburn and any risks tied to obesity related cancers!

Well done Louise it is all about change in life be positive and aim for the sky! believe it and you will suceed. Just a tip on water if you get a medium size bottle fill with your water and put 8 elactic bands around the neck of the bottle ... remove one everytime you empty it, by the end of the day aim for no bands around your bottle. Did you get your % measured? and how are you doing :)

Awesome idea -- I will have these rubber bands to use:) Not sure on the % measurement but I have gone down from a 42 to a 38 for the B & B's...

- 18lbs down 11/11/12 -- Higher Fiber Diet and increased physical activity paying off in shed weight:)
- 16lbs down 10/06/12 -- Exchanged Soda/Vending for H2O/snacks from i.e. Apples, Almonds, etc.
- 14lbs down 09/07/12 -- Completed 2nd week of Core Conditioning!!!
- 12lbs down 08/12/12 -- Calorie counting + day and night physical activity...
