Been on TS for a little over a year now The challenges and people on this site have helped me push to reveal my inner athlete. For 2013, in order to nourish that inner athlete, I have come up with five goals. I have reached two of them, leaving 3 more to go. I think they may end up being 2014 goals as well!
2. Be able to do downward dog with my feet on the ground, legs stretched, back flat.
3. Be able to lift legs into a handstand.
4. 10 push-ups, 10 full body dips and 10 pull ups.

Lucille W I keep working on this. I have taken this challenge to a whole other level. I have cleaned out closets, given away clothing, purchased new furniture and continue to remodel and edit. I think I may be done this summer. =)
Lucille W I missed a beat, I missed my July 5th run. But I did do a trail run on Sunday, 5k treadmill on Monday and 3ks on Tuesday and Wednesday.
