Been on TS for about 6 months now. The challenges and people on this site have helped me push to reveal my inner athlete. For 2013, in order to nourish that inner athlete, I have come up with five goals.
1. Decrease body fat% from about 24-25% to about 20-22%.
2. Be able to do downward dog with my feet on the ground, legs stretched, back flat.
3. Be able to lift legs into a handstand.
4. 10 push-ups, 10 full body dips and 10 pull ups.
5. Run Wild.

Lucille W I forgot I signed up for this challenge. Did a massive stair race on Friday night - it is called the stair master - see link below. While one of the nick names of this trail is 1000 stairs, it is actually much more. And I did the whole race in 3 hrs and 20 minutes or so. Had a blast, but it was challenging.

Lucille W I miss calculated somewhere - I just putt all my runs in from May in an excel sheet. With my 11 km from Friday night - new total 70.05 km
Lucille W This was my first night race. There was something very cool about racing on the trails under the moon. Turned off my head lamp when I could.

Last night I ran in the stairmaster. The twins are two serious hill/mountains (hill if you live in the Rockies, a mountain if you are from Chicago). I did have some sections where I got to run wild - like a wolf! The moon was huge last night. My moon pictures did not turn out so well, but I have a picture just after the half way point that I will post in a minute.
